Ever considered searching for someone you have been separated from by adoption? ISS Australia have developed a user-friendly concise Search Guide outlining the process and things for you to consider. This includes preparing for the search, searching, making contact, reunion and information on DNA.

ISS Australia provides search services locally and overseas for people separated by adoption, through our NSW Special Search Service and International Post Adoption Tracing Service . Our goal is to locate and reunite family members and facilitate contact (when appropriate) in a supportive, respectful and empathetic manner.

Our services are free through funding from the NSW Government’s Department of Communities and Justice.
